Rob Williams claims that those new processes and techniques are able to change any subconscious belief that might be limiting you from attracting what you want into reality even if it has been there for years and years. He says it is just like modifying a document in your computer, it only takes few moments regardless of how old the document has been on your computer.


You may see Psych-k as a way to communicate with your subconscious mind easily. uninstall old limiting beliefs and install new fresh ones that will help you move on with your life and attract whatever you want through the law of attraction. you may also get answers from your  own body about what's good for it, using a technique called "muscle testing". 
Muscle testing is simply testing the reaction of your muscles after stating an affirmation, if your subconscious mind believe that the affirmation is true, the muscles tend to be strong and resist the force you are applying on them, on the other hand if your subconscious mind judges that the information you are affirming is false your muscles tend to be weak (note that we are talking about subconsious beliefs here, for example: you may consciously think that you are worthy of love but your subonscious mind thinks otherwise). So this basic Psych-k muscle testing could be very useful if you want to know your deep limiting beliefs.

The law of attraction gurus are devided when it comes to Psych-k, some of them believe in it, others do not, and other claim it works only because people believe it works, the power of believing.

other than Psych-k, there are the classic methods that can do the same job, except that all of them take a long time to make a real shift in your mind, like hypnosis, self talk, Affirmations...

We have come to know that thoughts become things and that's the main definition of the law of attraction. "I Think Therefore I am - Rene Descartes".. Our existance depends on our thoughts. So in order to have a happy life we must have happy thoughts. But it is not always the case. Because up to 95% of our behavior and thoughts are controled by our automatic habitual subconscious mind. So once we are not paying attention and not living in the moment, our subconscious mind takes control of the situation, This is not a bad thing unless our subconscious mind is filled with many negative beliefs and thoughts, because that's what we will end up manifesting into the physical through the law of attraction.
Affirmations are one way among others that we can use to install new positive beliefs in our subconscious mind, and therefore to change our automatic behavior and thoughts

What is "Affirmation"?

To "affirm" means to say something is true in a confident way, to show strong belief or dedication to something, therefore Affirmations are statements that we believe to be true, that we are confident about and that we are dedicated to.
basically affirmations are positive statements that we either write somewhere, or we say, or listen to.

Written  or spoken affirmations?

It is up to you to decide, just like any other law of attraction tool you are using. Some people prefer writing their affirmations everyday (which is very powerful), others prefer to have them written everywhere around: the fridge, the walls, computer and phone backgrounds... and there are also the ones who prefer to listen to them at night before going to sleep or in the morning upon waking up. The ideal is to do all of the above, because why not? actually it is the best way to get your subconscious mind to absorb the new affirmations as new beliefs.

How should an Affirmation be written or said?

This is very important, as you will hear a lot of people talking about affirmations not working for them and therefore the law of attraction is not real, it could actually be because they didn't use them the right way. To get the most benefits of affirmations here is what you must pay attention to:

*Short and simple: make your affirmations as short as possible, and use common words you use everyday

*Positivity: your affirmations must be written in a positive way using only positive words. For example, instead of saying "I am not sad" say "I am happy" matter of fact try to avoid negative words in your everyday talking and replace them with positive ones.. for example instead of saying "I hate this song" say "I don't like this song", instead of "this is ugly" say "this is not beautiful".. with time it will become a habit, and your subconscious mind will be filled with only positivity, 

*Present tense: your subconscious mind is timeless, it works only in the present moment, so your affirmations must be written in the present. If you say I will be happy, it will always be in the future. In order to change your beliefs you have to use affirmations as though they are already real.
Ignore your senses when they tell you that it is not real, remember that your subconsious mind don't make a difference between reality and imagination, so keep lying to your mind until it believes it is true

*Use feelings: either you are doing self-talking, writing, or reading affirmations pay attention to how you feel. If you are not feeling good about affirmations don't say or read them. try to reach that sweet spot when you feel confident when you're doing affirmation, say them with passion and excitement.
If you are mixing spoken affirmations with music, pick a music you love, make it a calm relaxing music if you are listening to it at night. And uplifting / motivational if you are listening t it in the morning.

Last tip: do not use affirmations as a drug you will be taking for a short time and that will change your life.. make them a part of your new lifestyle. Everytime you feel good, say an affirmation, everynight before falling asleep, same when you waking up. Only by doing so you will shift your subonscious beliefs and manifest your desires through the law of attraction.

The Subconscious Mind needs actually more than one article just to define what it is and how it works. But in this one, we will just talk about a simple technique that you can do every night before you sleep. And that will help you re-program your subconscious mind to manifest your desires using the law of attraction


to understand how the subconscious mind you should think of it as a computer. You install in it all the programs that you need in your everyday life. your subconscious mind actually runs the show since it does everything for you. You are breathing 24/7 but you don't consciously control the process, same for your heart beats, walking, moving your hands.. almost everything you do everyday and you don't consciously think about.
You learn how to ride a bike only once in your life (that's the program installation), then you will be able to do it all your life without thinking, you just execute the program and the subconscious mind does the job for you. It is the same thing for everything else.

You install most of the programs and beliefs when you are a kid. From 0 to 5 years old, you just take every suggestion you get from the outside. After 5 years old you start to interact, ask questions.. but you are still building your belief system. That is why it is extremely important for the parents to know how to talk to their children at that age. Every parent must make sure to give only positive suggestions to their kids, no matter what they do, never tell them anything negative about themselves because they might end up believing it.

You might be surprised if I told you that what you think you want could be very different from what you really want. But that is true, you may consciously be wanting more money, more success, a happy relationship, but your subconscious mind wants something different. It is not that it hates you or something, it is just because that is what you installed in it, or what your parents told you when you were a little kid. We all heard suggestions like "money doesn't grow on trees" "things never work out the way you want", "life is hard and you will struggle"... many negative statements that we ended up believing and that had a negative impact on our lives later.

The good news is that you can rewrite your beliefs, you can totally change your belief system.. 
There are few ways to comunicate with the subconscious mind, one of them is the sel-talk or Affirmations. The way you talk to yourself and how you describe yourself is very important, especially right before you fall asleep, because at that time your subconscious mind is very receptive.
You are about to switch from the conscious state to the subconscious state, that is the perfect moment to rewrite your beliefs and to give your subconscious mind the new affirmations to believe.



But there are few point you have to be aware of:

Your affirmations need to be in present tense "I am wealthy, I am loved, I deserve success..." if you say something like "I will be wealthy" your subconscious mind will always keep it in the future
Your affirmations should be all positive, do not say something like "I want to get out of debt" instead say "I want to be financially independant" or something like that, always find the most positive way to tell your affirmation.
Never hold any thoughts that involve condemnation, criticism or judgment towards anyone, you are not here to judge or criticise, it is not up to you to decide who is right and who is wrong, or who should do what. You are dealing with an infinite power, that power knows exactly what to do and when.

This article is kind of part two of the article posted last week Law of Attraction and Taking Action. As many people still seem to be missing the point.

Let us get something clear: The law of Attraction says that the creation happens IN THE MIND, the mind creates not the action, BUT to get what you want into the physical you obviously must TAKE ACTIONS. It is not that you will sit on the couch and focus and a miracle will happen, at some point you will obviously have to do the right actions. Actions are YOUR part of the creation process, but Actions do not create your desires.
Just think about an achievement, the eiffel tower in Paris for example, it can't be built just like that, somebody thought about it before, somebody imagined how it is gonna be in their mind, somebody created it in their mind before it came to the physical. but did it build itself? of course not, loads of people took actions and worked on it. 
Same thing about everything that is not water or plant. Everything was created in the human mind before it came to the physical.

So the key when you are working with the law of attraction is to know the difference between inspired actions and un-inspired actions:

When you take inspired actions:


  • Ideas come to you naturally and easily.
  • The action steps just make sense. You don't have to justify them.
  • You feel energized by the action - it doesn't seem like "work".
  • You make a lot of progress very quickly and with little effort.
  • You are allowing the Universe to orchestrate events.


When you take un-inspired actions:

  • You spend a lot of time trying to figure out what actions to take.
  • You feel frustrated and overwhelmed.
  • You feel tired and depleted. the actions really feel like "work".
  • You are continuously stopped by roadblocks. Things just don't seem to be moving ahead.


Bottom line when you're working with the Law Of attraction: Inspired action feels good. It feels like playing. You're enjoying yourself. You're leveraging Universal energy, so you get a lot more done in much less time. Things just line up for you, actions are almost effortless.
The Universe has the power to line up all the perfect components in order to easily bring you what you desire. Attracting and anifesting your reality using the law of attraction shouldn't be a struggle. Just line up with the energy and allow it to happen. If the Universe needs you to do something, it will simply let you know in the right time.

Taking Action


Taking Action


Many people are confused or do not understand the action part in the law of attraction. When to take action? what are the types of actions? And which one is more important?


In this video you will find the answer from Abraham Hicks and Jack Canfield who tells a very inspiring story:

Do we create what we want by taking actions?
No, we create our desires by setting clear intentions, focusing, meditating on what we want to have in our experience. 
Actions are our way to allow our desires into our experience. our way of telling the universe "we are ready".
The law of attraction works perfectly when you set a clear intention and then become a vibrational match for it through the actions you take. In other words you have to be in harmony with your intention energetically. When you are out of harmony with your desires, you are sending mixed signals to the universe and somehow you keep cancelling your requests. for example, someone who set an intention to lose weight but keeps eating junk unhealthy food is someone who is out of harmony. they are not being a vibrational match because their actions do not support their intention. 
As you could see, actions come after setting intentions, but it doesn't mean that taking actions is not part of the creation process. 
So the bottom line is "Create what you want by focusing, bring it into your experience by taking actions".

What are the types of actions?
There are two kinds of actions in the law of attraction:

* Obvious actions: or "uninspired" actions, are what you consciously do to get what you want. for example, you desire to attract a car, the actions you could take are: check out cars for sales, ask how much the car you want costs, go test-drive it, save some money... Make the universe see that you want it so bad. Or if you want to manifest a relationship, you could go out, socialize with people, join dating sites...
those kind of actions usually take some effort but it shouldn't be tiring or annoying either.

* Inspired actions: when your intuition tells you to do something that is not always racional or logical, sometimes it totally makes no sense. But you just have to follow it. Example: one of my friends (who is a big believer in the law of attraction) wanted a relationship, he set his intention, visualized the perfect relationship, visualized the lady he wants to be with... and one day, coming home from work he found a flyer to an art event on his doorstep. He hates finding flyers (usually throw them away), he was never interested in art events, the event was far away from his home, and was on a working day. but that time he got inspired to go, the flyer got his attention, that day he finished work early and could leave with no problem, and he was offered a ride from a work colleague who lived near the art gallery he was going to. And that's where he found the lady that later became his girlfriend. Everything seemed to be conspiring for him to go there that exact day.. It was the universe telling him "I found your girl, just follow my signals"

But how to make sure it is an inspired action if it doesn't make sense?
Inspired actions are effortless, and enjoyable, you usually are having fun taking inspired actions, just like pushing your car down the hill, you do not feel like doing anything. It feels good that you know you're on the right path.
